Three-Strip Memphis Documentation

Three Strip is a collection of Memphis Photography that emphasizes the importance of preservation and documentation.  The Area has become the site of drastic change and renovation, many historic buildings and landmarks that have been condemned are being torn down or renovated to "revive" the city and help bring the "poorest metropolitan area in the U.S." into the 21st century.  The Title of the series  derives from the process of Technicolor, used from 1930's to the 1980's. Each image went through a similar development of Technicolor Films, focusing on the Three Strip Process rather than the Two Strip. Multiple structures and buildings have been demolished already but their existence lives on with the Series.
